Anne Kelsey, Esq.

Anne Kelsey, Esq. teaches Law, Policy, and Disability in the Disability Studies Program in the CUNY School of Professional Studies. She is currently a Staff Attorney at the Center for HIV Law and Policy (CHLP). Prior to joining CHLP, she worked at Disability Rights New York (New York’s Protection and Advocacy organization); the Community Service Society of New York; and at Disability Rights Advocates. She received her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her BA from the University of Virginia. During law school she interned in the Disability Rights program at Human Rights Watch in New York City. In her free time she likes to read, spend time with her nephews, and explore the city.
