Douglas is a native Floridian but a lifelong New Yorker. His experiences as a performing artist inform his digital development work where he is the Director of User Experience and Research at a Financial Services firm. Passionate about design and human-centered development, Douglas believes empathy and observation are key to building creative solutions to our most challenging problems.
