Kelsey Richardson

Kelsey Richardson has served as a Career Advisor in the Office of Career Services at CUNY School of Professional Studies since 2013 and an Adjunct Faculty member in the CUNY SPS Human Relations Bachelor's degree program since 2022.

Her professional background includes over twenty years of career services, student affairs and human resources experience in higher education and the arts & entertainment industry. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Before joining CUNY School of Professional Studies, she was a Career Development Instructor at Grace Institute, Assistant Director of Career Development at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and also served as a Training & Development Manager in the Human Resources Department at MTV Networks.
