Title IX
Title IX Reporting Protocol for Reporting of Allegations of Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Stalking, or Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence against Students.
Title IX applies to complaints made:
- By students against employees, other students, and third parties;
- By and against individuals of either sex; and
- By and against someone of the same sex.
If anyone seeks to file a complaint or receives information regarding an allegation that a student has been the victim of sexual harassment, including sexual assault, stalking, or domestic or intimate partner violence perpetrated by another CUNY student, faculty, or staff member; the following individuals must be notified:

If any member of the Title IX Team becomes aware of such an allegation, that team member will notify the other team members. Upon notification, the Title IX Team will take immediate steps to handle the complaint, eliminate the harassment, prevent reoccurrence, and address its effects.
