Louella Sween

Hello, my name is Louella Sween. I am an Adjunct Professor at CUNY SPS, where I will be teaching ECE 604 – Supervision of Early Childhood Teachers this fall.

I earned my Doctor of Education degree from Northcentral University and my Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Brooklyn College. I am certified to teach from Birth to Grade 2.

With over twenty years in Early Childhood Education, I am currently the Education Director at a preschool in Queens, New York. In this role, I supervise my team daily to ensure they are well-equipped to engage with students, maintain a safe learning environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
